Super personel, very open to talking and very helpful at all hours, open 24h, comfy rooms & also very close to Alma Park (GMC Arena) + 850m from the train station so excellent choice by all means if you are commuting around the area. Great stay. Highly recommend for group or lone voyageur.

The staff was really nice and were open to any questions. Reception was open 24/7 and the check in and check out took little to no time. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Another plus: that it’s abt 3 mins from the central station of gelsenkirchen without being too loud and noisy

The hotel was exactly what we needed for a few hours in the city: close enough to pretty much everything, nice structure, perfect size room, value for money. Nothing fancy, but nothing to complain either.

The staff was very helpful and upbeat. They were so welcoming and worked so well together What an amazing team! The room had everything I needed. Loved the carpets and the pillows. Lots of parking for €6. Easy access into town. There's a lovely Italian restaurant called Trilli. It's about 15 min walk along some nice shops and behind the station to the right. Breakfast was good. Loved the smiley faces on the boiled eggs! Thank you 😀

Several smiling personnel made our day. One male receptionist on Sep 19th evening looked calm but paying attention to what you will need.

Great location near train station. Good signs outside for direction to hotel. Complete and clean room. Friendly staff.

the rooms had enough room for us to stay in and our luggage. breakfast was great. nice place to stay due to us going to Rock Hard Festival. cheers
